What year did you start CrossFitting?

2011

Why did you get into fitness?

I came from a very unhealthy lifestyle full of anxiety and depression road blocks and dead ends. Metcons were the only thing that had made me feel better. After a long road to recovery from this terrible disorder I gained complete control of my mental and physical wellbeing through the practices of CrossFit. I thought to myself I have to help others find this.

Why did you become a trainer?

To help others accomplish things the never thought possible. I do it for them.

What’s your favorite movement?

The Snatch

What is your favorite cheat food?

HERSHEY PIE IN THE FREEZER SECTION OF KROGER. O MY GAWD!

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?

That would have to be Iron Man. Because Robert Downey Jr is the coolest.

What year did you start Training?

I started working when was in high school about 2002. I became a Certified Personal Trainer for 24 Hour Fitness in 2007. I became a Personal Training Director for LA Fitness in 2012. Started training CrossFit in 2015. I got certified through CrossFit in 2016.

 

Why did you get into fitness?

Being as energetic as I am. I need an outlet for that energy. Fitness and athletics is the perfect outlet for me.

 

Why did you become a trainer?

I wanted to help people progress, get better and succeed!

 

What’s your favorite movement?

RUNNING! I started out running when I was a kid. I have done many sports since then, but I will always be a runner.

 

What is your favorite cheat food?

DONUTS!

 

 

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?

Captain America! He is crazy strong and a noble soul at the same time. Not to mention he has amazing hair!

What year did you start CrossFitting?

2011

Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I have always been in fitness, but found CrossFit about 4 years ago and fell in love.

Why did you become a trainer?

It’s awesome to help people accomplish there goals and to see the goals manifest. It’s easy for me to help as a trainer because I enjoy training so much myself.

What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?

Muscle up

What is your favorite cheat food?

Chocolate cake

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?

Can’t say… I do enjoy marvel and DC movies – but a favorite, I don’t have.
