Our CrossFit classes are comprised of 5-20 people. Just enough to have great energy but not over saturated. This class is where you will find our primary strength and conditioning program. The workouts are constantly varied with a different focus each and every day.
Sometimes our 7pm on-board program is tricky for some peoples schedule. Or perhaps you are intimidated to try CrossFit for the first time in a group setting. Or maybe you want a skill specific session with one of our coaches. This is where one-on-one personal training maybe a perfect fit. Whether you are new to our program just getting through your fundamental movements or you have been at CrossFit sometime but need help improving your Snatch, Kipping Pull-Ups or Handstands. One of highly skilled coaches would be happy to work one-on-one with you to achieve your fitness goals.
